During reading and writing we have been learning about the Presidents of the United States. This project brings together our study of biographies during reading and teaches the children to write an informational research report. The students picked a president they would like to learn about and we have been busy researching and learning new facts ever since! When the students are finished with their research, they will write a 3-4 paragraph report.The report will include a paragraph about the person's life before, during and after their presidency. Each child will also have the option of writing a reflection paragraph for extra credit.
The third grade will not be having The Presidents' Performance this year, but our class will be using the I pads to create a fun slide show that we can't wait to share with you!
